Pelaprat Stephanie, 30, is CEO and founder of Restopolitan. In 2007, freshly graduated, she launches into entrepreneurship by importing US online restaurant reservations, and combining his passions for gastronomy and the web. In 2012, aware of the negative effects of the crisis to restaurants, and is itself affected, Stephanie decides to make a pivot 180 ° in the Restopolitan strategy. The team is launching a new service in more than 2000 restaurants in France: « 1 free meal each addition » accessed through a membership.
